Well, lets see if one of these threads rolls like they used to. :)

Tonight I made tacos, but I'm already starting to thaw stuff for tomorrow.

I'm making crock pot cornish game hens stuffed with spinach and mushroom stuffing, cheddar mashed potatoes, and green beans with garlic and slivered almonds.

We're having pierogies with Polish sausage and spinach tonight, with chocolate cupcakes for dessert. (I did a test run of the cupcakes I plan to make for Erik's 1st birthday party.) :)

Last night, I bought some whole wheat pasta, pinne (SP?). I sauted mushrooms, diced ham, and sliced olives and added them to Alfredo sauce. Then put the sauce over the pasta and everyone in the house loved it. Success and seconds were had by all.

I didn't have tomatoes at the time, but since I do now, we'll have them sliced on the side with the leftovers tonight.

baking eggnog bread this morning - oh smells so incredible~ I don't have to cook dinner tonight - but tomorrow we are having chuck roast with tators and carrots and salad and cottage cheese. NO PEAS thank you very much <3

Shouldn't this be the "almost" 2012 edition? If it's the 2011, it's going to be short lived.

I'm doing pretty alright. Happily and nervously awaiting marriage. At least this engagement appears to be headed that way unlike the one that put me here ~6 years ago. :)

5 on the nose. Dad was diagnosed diabetic a few months ago, so meals have to be right on time or his sugar takes a nose dive. :)
