Hello there, my name is Greg, but most of my friends call me Smiles, and a few others, Smiley. You can call me what you wish. (Ok, as long as your nice about it )
Anyway, I cant wait till I can chat. Think I have less than a week left. *tapps fingers* This site sure is a refreshing break from what Im used to. Finally I can relax with out glancing over my shoulder. I recognize some of the members here and Im just thrilled. Its getting exciting as my time to chat grows near. C-ya all around. In Christian love, Smiles

Welcome to the Cabana, Greg! I too remember having to wait until I could chat, but trust me, we will be out there waiting on you when you are able.

Until then, relax, have fun and post away!

Shumani tutanka ohwachi. Eshna eay yalo.
(dont know if I spelled it right.)
(ok, its my favorite line from dances with wolves)
Thanks for the greeting! (and the cool way ya did it)
My wife is part lakota and pot. Dances with wolves is one of our all time favorites. We wait for a couple of months before we watch it again. Everytime the end just gets me.
My wife and I just cuddle at the end. We can relate to the movie in more than one way. (Plus shes nuts about Kevin Costner ) How much Navaho are ya? Just wondering.
Hey, thanks for the welcome folks, sure look forward to chatting. Ill keep in touch! Till later, God bless!

Welcome to the Cabana, Smiles! Glad you made it. Here's a glass of pine-orange-banana.

I've heard of the Lakota (Sioux), but who are the Pot? Do you mean Potawatomi, or however it's spelled these days? And what tribe are you, if any?

Welcome to the board. I am glad to meet you your wife and family. You sound like a wonderful person. I am also new and don't know any one here at all but from the posts I have read they all seem like very nice people. I am hoping to get to know them and know you and your family. Well you have a great day. God bless

I believe so but need to ask her to be sure. I know it is short though (contraction)
Me, tribe, well, if there's a dutch irish angalo saxon tribe I might be related !!! No Im quite white. My wife isnt super dark either, shes more olive. (But she has black -some times dyed dark brown- hair, and she tans in just days and holds swimwear marks throughout the winter.)
She has other native traits, like her determination - no I didnt say temper, or did I just think that too loud?- and conviction. Shes a little bitty tiny thing, but set her mind on something and wow! Shes great. Yall would love her, shes beautiful inside and out. Once I figure out how to send them I'll take some digitals of the family!
Thanks for the welcome!

I think I might have heard of your church on KLJC. (you know, 88.5, the radio station?) Anyway, next time you host a good one drop me a line! Im a musician, and my family loves music. We'd love to come to a concert out there. I go through Raytown every time I go jam with a friend that lives in Leas Summit.
This could be neat!
Keep in touch!

Always listening to KLJC...love that station.
If you are traveling down 350 Hwy to Lees Summit, next time look over to the east when you are almost all the way thru Raytown (past the first couple of car dealerships that is), and You will see the steeple to our church..it stands really tall.
Avalon is in concert here real soon at church..I forgot when oopps!

I got an idea, Im going to PM ya and give you my phone # so you can let us know if something else good comes!
Thanks everyone for the warm greetings, I love it here already! See ya on the boards!

g'day smiles,
It's me Lesley (from Australia) or you can call me Miluka if you want? How are you going? I'm sorry we got cut off the other time. I was having such fun chatting. Usually Kathy is the only one who is on the net typing to me. Most of my friends only get on and get off. I'm glad I've made a couple more friends now, especially on the other side of the world. Soon I'll be able to get on and chat here, but I have to do a few more posts. Cya soon.
